That non-stop technicality is ludicrous/stupid.  Non-stop should be pragmatically thought of as having the same set up as he had (basically an insanely large fuel supply) and not stopping for nourishment or restroom breaks and no break downs.  "Rolling" through the stops or "Riding" super slow past check points to meet the technicality is a little stupid.

It is awesome what he did but that non-stop nonsense is just not pragmatic.  Heck I give him credit for going "non-stop" from coast to coast, even though he did stop when he got pulled over.
