Is it wrong to feed bacon to a pig?

Is this some sort of euphemism?  [cheeky]
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

yes...

So. . . how come?

Do I not get this because of the vacuum where my moral center should be?

Mad cow became a problem when the feed companies started using  offal from slaughterhouses, that slaughtered cows, to make feed for cows.

Do the math.

Ever seen a pig that hasnt eaten in several days?

I think a pig would eat a dead pig if it was hungry.

edit: taken from wiki

"Pigs are omnivores, which means that they consume both plants and animals. Pigs will scavenge and have been known to eat any kind of food, including dead insects, worms, tree bark, rotting carcasses, garbage, and even other pigs. In the wild, they are foraging animals, primarily eating leaves, grasses, roots, fruits and flowers. Occasionally while in captivity, pigs may eat their own young if they become severely stressed"

It would probably be ok as long as no brain matter is fed...that's how the prions are transmitted.  Similar to Kuru.

Still, it seems rather disturbing.

So if you were off in some forgotten country camping with the cannibals you wouldn't give that a try?

;D
