hmmm . . . black clouds . . . radar doesn't look too bad . . . I'm going!
I got WET!, Soaked actually. And when it wasn't raining on me the roads were wet so I had to take it easy. Hopefully tomorrow will be much better.

Sorry about the weather out there. My kids got eliminated from the championships in the Norfolk City League tournament so we are a little bummed this afternoon. My buddy Russell called and he is going to be going with whoever shows up tomorrow. I will be at the gas station at 10:00 and I hope to see you all there.

I'll show up to say Hi and put a face to some names. I would ride but I have some prior commitments (gf
). See you guys out there, and this time I'll be at the right gas station.

Dave, Sorry you got wet, not a drop fell here.
I MAY have to cancel on youse guys tomorrow. Not sure yet.
I'm gonna try to be there, but if I'm not there, don't wait for me, I'll either be there on time or not at all.
I'm having some health issues, nothing major, but whether I go will depend on how I am when I wake up tomorrow.
If I don't make it, I apologize.
Jeff

How does a dinner sound? I'll try to organize a dinner with you all and some ADV rider members. It should be cool to see all types of bikes and not the usual jap crotch rocket.

Sounds like a great time. We went to see Batman last night and really enjoyed it. I oficially have a man crush on Christian Bale. You missed a great ride today and I will put pics up after my wife gets home. I left the camera in her truck. I hope you can get out there with us the next time we go out.

Alright here we go!!!
The Beginning of the trip...meet and greet
1st Stop...Two pics of the same place.
Now the money shot!!! Dave or Jeff you can explain this one. It just brings me heartache and a whole lot of whining and moaning from my wife last night!!!
I pretty much lost my motivation after that. Bulldog I know that I said I was going to get some shots of the guys riding but I just felt like crap after that and I even felt like telling the guys...I'm going to head on home. I stuck it out and we missed the ferry but I still had a great time. We will have to try and do it again and this time keep it to the posted limit even though I didn't think that we were speeding. I will try and get some pics the next time we go out.

Someone explain to me what happened!!!!
I just got back from my ADV ride! Started in Suffolk, down to NC in the Moyock area for some dirt roads and sand(where I layed it down on some deep sand) and on to E. City area to Currituck. From there we took the ferry to Knotts Island and went up pungo to Va beach! I'm Beat..... We should all go out and ride with my friend, the GPS GURU, through some nice secondary roads (dont worry, we wont hit the dirt, unless you want to!). We can all take the same ride with out the trail ride.
Angelo
PS: What the hell happened?

Have you seen Equilibrium? That is where my unholy interest in Cristian Bale began. We also just got Harsh Times, that guy is a bad assed actor.
I hate to ask this, but is anyone interested in an '05 S2R 800. I have to get rid of one of my bikes, and unfortunately I still owe a ton on the Buell, so the Duc has to go
Seriously, I have been going back and forth, trying to avoid selling it, but we have spent about $40k on unsuccessful IVF attempts, and we have to lay in the bed we have made. It isn't perfect, but it is real good shape and has the QD Exbox exhaust. It was on craigslist for $6500 a few months back, but I am negotiable now that we actually need the money (I won't be posting that bit of info on craigslist when I derby). So, if anyone knows someone who is interested, please give them my email-
ruse@cox.net
. Thanks
I did get to do some riding last week down in and near NC, Ballahack was the only road I can remember. We pretty much just kept going down roads until we got tired of it, rode about 150 miles.
