Hi Guys!
Anyone ever get service at Richmond superbike? Seem like nice guys.
I'm looking for a timing belt job, need a special Duc vibration reading tool to get the tension right on the 1000 DS motor.
Don't mind redline, but Jeremy was out of town so they couldn't do my bike till he got back.
Just wondering what experiences you guys have.

I have heard good things about RIchmond Superbike but do not have personal expirience.  I do plan on going to them for the next maintenance that I am not up to doing.  Though I love Duc Pond, the drive is just too long.

Stopped in to talk to them last summer- nice facility. They even gave me a t-shirt!
Just a hike from the beach. Is it possible to get "good will" warrenty work done at a non- dealership?

This afternoon was great weather too.  I went on this sweet ride to . . .  wait . . .  no, I stayed at home and cried.   Embarrassed   I had eye surgery last week (PRK) and my eyes haven't settled in yet enough to make me feel comfortable riding.  This is the second good chance that I have missed and it is killing me.  Everyone else I know thinks I am crazy.  I know you guys will understand. ( though probably think i'm still crazy).  I'm keeping my fingers crossed that maybe by Sunday I will be ready to go for an easy cruise.  Thats all, good night.

Dave, Once your eyes settle out, you'll probably be really happy you had the surgery. Besides, this is the time of year to do it.
That said, Sunday is supposed to hit 60, and I'm gonna go for a ride. laughingdp  Neener neener!!! laughingdp

Hey Will, is that offer to come see your bikes still open? Maybe Sunday afternoon?

I signed up for the MAD track day at VIR in April.  They also have one in July and October.  If anyone else is interested check out www.mad-ducati.com
The info is half way down the page.  These are a bunch of good guys and looks like a great time.

Also, I  would like to welcome my second daughter Kaitlyn Elizabeth who was born today.  My wife and baby are doing well.

AAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Too cute. Looks like a winner. The other one's a cutie too. Mom must be a brunette. Grin
I'm set up to work on the boat motors for most of tomorrow. There's still a bunch of parts to be sanded, distributors to be timed, etc. Not to take you away from the open road, but any help would be appreciated. I'll happily offer beverages to anyone who shows up.
