OMG Dave!
Someone stole your bike!
All that's left are those ugly wheels!

God, they even took the tires!

Hey guys.  Sorry for being silent for so long, life has been incredibly busy.  I've finished my move down to North Carolina and even have my bike back and running (like a dream).

I took some pics the other weekend and finally decided to share them.  I've got it up in accessories and mods, for those that have been following my saga...enjoy.

Just up to Redline tomorrow.   In-laws are in town the rest of the weekend.  Any extra time I have will be used trying to get the 748 back together for next weekend.

Dave, If you need help, even just someone to "hold this", HOLLA!

Well, got kicked in the nuts by Redline again.  Called yesterday and was told they had 3 rocker arms in stock at $129.  Get there today and nope they are $203.  Unfortunately this was the only option I had to get the bike together for next weekend.  I need to plan better so that I have time to order parts and have them shipped.

Looks clean!
Wonder what the reserve is.

I don't know, I would sure feel dumb if it it is like $1500 and I didn't throw a bid down.

I also was offered a great deal on a 748sps today too.  I need to quit looking at this stuff or I'll be sleeping on a friend's couch.

I forgot to weigh the rear, but the front is 4.4 pounds (bathroom scale) lighter than the old 3 spoke.

So you got it ready in time for the track day this weekend. Good for you. It looks great.

Hey gang...I was in ptown today and saw a pretty interesting thing going on. These guys had a forklift and were shifting around a bunch of old bikes. Now her is what was killing me. They were doing it in the rain. Apparently they are having some sort of exhibit starting pretty soon. Might be a nice day trip for us. Seems like a bunch of Harley's but there were a few Triumphs and one Vincent. Anyway enough talk...candy or  [bacon]!!!

Anybody go to this yet?
Might be a good idea for next weekend.
