You don't sign up for torrents, you download a torrent peer client (utorrent, there are tons of different ones depending on your platform).  Then (I'm assuming since you asked for eurosport you want racing) you head over to racing-underground.com and d/l the torrents there.  Then you open that torrent file with your client you already downloaded and then you play the waiting game while it downloads.
