I don't think it's that big of a step.  All you are doing in connecting piercings, it's just a style thing.

depends......  I can hang full beer cans from my nipple rings..... but it dont feel good.

they can be sturdy, just depends on how deep in to the flesh they go.


Also rejection rates on surface piercings like that are really high..... and painful... I would be willing to be most of those were done purely for shows, and removed later.

My take on it:

Everybody else looks directly where they're going, and uses peripheral vision to gauge lean angle and where they are at on the racing line.

Rossi looks down at the ground to gauge lean angle, and uses peripheral vision for racing line and direction.
Works for him, somehow.

Really, it's a two-fer on the WTF.
