Big wendy carries a double genetic mutation in genes responsible for inhibting muscle growth. I'm pretty sure it's the myostatin gene. This is her normal musculature. One boy in Europe also carries these mutations - he's about 6 now.

Health effects? Heart attack at 50 for humans - you're looking at being 150kg: too much strain on the heart for two long. And you have a limited number of divisions per cell line - so no one is sure what would happen to you if you reach the end of lifespan of your muscle cells when you are, oh, 30. All in all, not good.

She has normal sized lungs and heart, they will probably give out early, due the the strain of supplying the muscles with oxygen
