I didnt get too creative... well HA! I didnt get creative at all.  laughingdp  "The Gremel" kinda freaks me out.  Although this went pretty smooth.
I used the 32mm dia. 1mm thick cut-off wheel - went through two(they gum up)  the only two I had.  Tongue  four or five would have made it go faster.  Then a 3/8 grinding stone to clean up the round areas.   waytogo


Wow, I guess I'll have to cut down (ha, see what I did there) on the coffee before I do mine or else forget the steady hand.  Tongue

Nice work Lyndy!

Bring them over on Sun and we can figure out some cool design to for the smaller covers.

I think I'm going to ride over on Sun, but I don't know how long I'll be there.
