I'm trying to get a few people together for this ride organized by AZride.com. A bunch of us went last year and it was a blast, some really great riding.
"The most dramatic section of former Rt 666 is known today as the Coronado Trail Scenic Byway. Our Route 666 Run is a magnificent 265 mile ride on one of the most scenic stretches of American tarmac, in commemoration of the birth and death of the once legendary Devil’s Highway. "
Already have a few of you that expressed interest, but everyone please post up if you want to go. We plan to leave town Friday morning May 30th and rent a cabin in Alpine for 2 nights. We'll work out the details in this thread as they progress. Need to get a good head count as early as possible if people want to split a cabin.

http://www.azride.com/DevilsHighwayRun.htmlMake sure and register on the web site to enter to win some prizes. It's not a huge group ride. Last year several small groups of riders/friends just checked in at the starting spot, and left on their own pace & schedule. You would see and mingle with the other riders at various stopping points, etc., and hanging out for meals before and after. A very fun day...hope to see a bunch of Duc riders!
