I'm selling my house in Phoenix that I bought three years ago (at the peak of the market) at a $125K loss.  :o

Fortunately, the company makes up a bit of that loss, and I've made a bit of money in prior deals, but dayum!  [bang]

Made 60K on last house, hoping to break even on current one.  The market is just terrible everywhere.

The house in the original post took two weeks to sell after it was listed for a make the beast with two backsing dollar.   [laugh]
