Getting ready for the promotion board

Nope, that was the Battalion Soldier of the Month Board. Now I've got the Promotion Board on Friday to become an NCO. Also got the Brigade Soldier of the Quarter Board. On top of all that just had to write up UCMJ on one of my guys. FML.

Good thing you don't really have a job to do.  How would you ever get time to focus on it when you are going to the board every other day?

Still jumping through hoops every day and trying to stay on my game for these boards. Not sleeping more than 5 hours a day helps.
