Bled the clutch slave on the SF today, also cleaned the chain and blew some dust out from the clutch...will lube the chain tomorrow, no time to do a pre-lube warmup today...

Thanks. The guy was pretty reasonable when I told him the things the bike would need to be streetable again. Bought it for $5900. Basically the same 998 Testa engine as my monster so all of the parts on the shelf are a fit.
It's stock except for a tail tidy but the guy has the stock setup in a box ready to put back on. Since it's a "limited edition" bike I intend to keep it stock with the exception of maybe a slotted clutch cover.
I'd keep the tail tidy on it but would hold onto the stock parts. I thought about having a run at that bike just because it's the Matrix but somehow I like my Tamborini's to be red. I bet the green is much better in person than in the pics. Still a good score! Do you think you'll bring it out on a monthly ride? We promise not to get too crazy.

Yep. Just let us know. We've got fast, medium & slower riders and everyone has been around lots of those turns. Everyone wants to have fun but most everyone will help out too. Just say "hey, I need to be a bit slow" and we'll work it out. I have gone slower many times to show those behind me the best line, or at least what I think is the best line, through some turns. It's all about [moto].
