All the Ducati's made the 1290SDR possible!

No, of course I don't believe that hype. Just like I don't believe in the claims of Water Wetter but I tried it anyway in the 999. YMMV. So, yeah, it's not high on the list. It is truly about the efficiency of the radiator. So it comes back to fans and/or a better radiator, something.

I went to pick up my Cobras today, but the 44s were a bit tight w/ my boot socks.  Luckily the shop offered me a great price for the Vertigo Air in size 45...I guess I'll be carrying a pair of extra socks in case I get stuck in the rain!

Ride faster. They'll dry out.

He won't steer you wrong. He's been riding those roads for a while, and will give you good advice.

That was a nice quick turn-around.  Did you get the gas tank/smell issue resolved?

Cheers,

Appears to be the seal around the cap, Will is working on a solution...a new cap necessitates a new key... Sad

Which necessitates a new red key, and dash, no?

Screw that!  Just get a billet quick turn cap.

Here I go again ----  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

The seal isn't a separate part from the cap?  ( I will check that out )

Why a new cap??

If the cap were leaking wouldn't you see the spill all over the top of the tank?

How would a bad cap cause a gas stench in the air filter?

Please forgive me if I'm ruffling any feathers.........

And the new bikes don't have Red keys ------ thank goodness!
