When? Where? How much?  Wink

I guess what I paid for 'em.

this might just be me being depressed, IDK.

because putting the bike up FS was getting real tempting today

Went for a short bike ride after work.  E-ghad was/am I out of shape.

Yeah, huh? I know about that one. After two weeks off the other night the boss wanted to go up Tantalus after work. I said you go. He did. I drank wine.  Vino! I'm no dummy (well?) but I know I'm going to ride on the flats when I get back in the saddle.

No modification goes unpunished. Memento mori.  Good people drink good beer.  Things happen pretty fast at high speeds.

It's all up to your will level, your thrill level and your skill level.  Everything else is just fluff.

Well, I don't want to buy them under that reason; don't want to add to something like that...

You sure about that?  Just because you don't have much time to ride it now isn't that strong of a reason to sell it.  Hell, I rarely get off my ass to ride the Seven, but I'm not about to let that go...

Got blood tested for physical early this AM.

Rode Monster for 1st time in over a month --- wow, was that different. Took a while to get used to it.

Rode the long way home to avoid the rain. Got wet anyway. Also got the bike up to a buck and no shaking. Whee!

Breakfast at Brent's with the wife.

Down to shop to work on wife's car. Mission accomplished. Check.

Work on my car changing diesel fuel filters. Made big "A" of myself in front of Ben. Boo. I still reek of diesel fuel. Boo.

Coach Ben through Clutch Pressure Plate change. Check. Looks great!

Change clutch slave cylinder on Ben's bike. Check. Mission accomplished.

Silencer insert will not fit into Yosh pipe on the Gixxer. Boo. Oh, well it'll have to stay loud for a while. Gee.

Ride to Windward side w/ Ben. We couldn't get anything close to carried away no matter what. Too many cars at many odd, weird paces. Frick. Not that we didn't try but it wasn't worth trying hard. Frick. Frick. Other days and all that rot.

Drank beers at Gordon Biersch and ate pupus.

Came home and ate leftover Thai food.  Twice as yummy and twice as hot as the first night. Whee!

Drink more beer and smoke cigar. Read John Grisham.

Not bad for a Saturday.

Well don't feel too bad; we didn't do any motorscooting today/Sunday.  Alex and I did meet up with Tristan and Jen and went on a decent bicycle ride today across hickam and pearl harbor.
