Which would be staying in the AF for a while longer or staying in Afganistan longer?
No modification goes unpunished. Memento mori.  Good people drink good beer.  Things happen pretty fast at high speeds.

It's all up to your will level, your thrill level and your skill level.  Everything else is just fluff.

Afghanistan or course!  ;)  As much as I wish otherwise, the Air Force has me until 2012...

I'm a bit old & slow so bear with me please. Am I to understand correctly that you are thinking about staying longer in the 'stan? Seriously?

Are you at BAF or KAF? I was at a remote outpost in Khost Province near Salerno
Did I ever tell you the story about the Zen master and the little boy?

Well, I was but don't think I will anymore.  I have been working on a project down here that is still in its infancy, and I don't want to walk away from it unless I know it will be left in good hands.

I am out of BAF but haven't really spent that much time here.  I do a fair bit of travelling...

Is that anything like a quarry?  You can tell because you would be surrounded by rocks.  Are you surrounded by rocks?

That blows.  I once lost half of an $1,100.00 commission on a car sale simply because another salesman once sold a car to the son of the guy who bought the car from me.  The father never, ever, even mentioned that anyone in his family bought a car from the place I was working at.  That was one of those bitter tastes that has never quite gone away.
