Somewhere about that same 0930 time range.

No modification goes unpunished. Memento mori.  Good people drink good beer.  Things happen pretty fast at high speeds.

It's all up to your will level, your thrill level and your skill level.  Everything else is just fluff.

Talk about squidly. I sussed out the fact that the guy who sold me the 848 went out and got an '09 R1. I bet he's messing that bike up as well.  laughingdp bang head laughingdp

today wasn't so bad... hit all the usual suspects w/the kids, stop at teddy's for lunch, then tantalus w/only one rider going down. he's ok, went right off into some grass, frame slider broke off, but that's all the damage.

the road's nice, what w/all the new tarmac, but make the beast with two backs is it still scary  Sad  when we were near the area I highsided, that was all I could think about, so I slowed the make the beast with two backs down.

otherwise... now I'z got no mo chicken strips.  well, almost none  Grin

but here's the weird thing. the pirellis had me w/ like .5" on the rear, w/full scrub on the front. the pilots are like, reverse of that

Slightly different profile I suspect. Yep, the road is good except for when there are leaves and branches all over it. Add a wetness to the leaves and that will raise the pucker factor even more.  waytogo

Spent yesterday from about 10am to 5:30pm helping Ben swap out the front end on the SC. That's mostly Ben's story though.

And what a story it was turning out to be.  Think I need to either get some radial masters like your old ones, or maybe the stock ones from a 999.  Any thoughts on how the 999's would clear the clip ons?

7 hours yesterday plus, what?, 3 something hours today to finish off the small stuff and get it rideable. The polish work can take a little longer. It's not totally done yet but then again when is it ever totally done?  laughingdp
