Uh oh.  Getting kicked out (loosing the job) or just being replaced?

I am kind of in the same situation.  I am moving to be the NCOIC of the CT shop at work and the guy I am replacing (Army SSG) will be staying in the same office.  Feel bad seeing as how not only am I taking his slot as NCOIC, but I am also taking his accounts as well.

I think I still have my old beer tray.   I think.   I don't understand the non-lined-out bit.

Ouch, really?  Well, been there, done that, sorta.  I assume "scare" means "not there".
