Drove some cars:

2009 GLI - It's nice it is, but it's automatic.  Of course, Jen drives the main car most anyway, so maybe not that big a deal.  Decent price.

2009 JSW - Good price.  Nice color.  Also automatic, but, it's a wagon, so, whatever.

2010 JSW - AKA 1996 Tercel Wagon.  Fugly exterior, but really nice inside.  Like reeeeallly nice.  Oh, and it's TDI, so that's nice too.  Also, of course, auto.  Whatever is essentially what I say to that at this point.

You don't like the way they restyled the exterior on the new VWs?  I like the front end of the '10 Golfs and JSWs much better than last year.  And there is NO comparison on the interior.

So which car are you guys looking to let go of?

Finished up a second 20 mile ride after work this week. So far I've made 50 miles and there is still a weekend coming up.

Was out walking the dog just before work this morning when a nice Suzuki sportbike came zooming down Cooke St. Reminded me of my 750 with the full exhaust. Then a Honda, then the guy at the condo across the street came out with his R6. Man, I'm jonesn' for a ride real bad. Still waiting on others.

i just spent the last 3 hr working on the bf's engine. he has to ship it to detriot since a valve stem broke on the new heads, not even a week after it was installed. meanwhile he's conveniently out of the state. owes me big time now.  i'm trying to hint that i want a gun for valentines day...

but i still have to do a lil prep on some ribs for a recipe i'm trying out. n i'm prob gonna eat ceral in a lil bit, voila dinner.

I think the front end on the Golf looks good, but the wagen looks like a Tercel.  I imagine i'd get over it in about 5 seconds inside the car, every time.

There's no good answer to the which car goes away question.   I'm not happy about that bit; I like my cars.
