It just dawned on me that in the above picture the guy is bearing bare bear arms...very patriotic!  ;D

So I bought the Tarmac Expert SL C2...after deciding yesterday I was going to buy the Roubaix Comp.  Love the bike though.  All I can say is AWESOME.  Should get some decent seat time tomorrow but then it'll sit for a week since I'm leaving for Texas tomorrow night and will not be back until Monday.  Here's some pix of my brand spanking new bike...

I try to get going about 5pm, no later than 5:30 if possible. 12 to 16 miles is most likely and I would be super amazed if you had any problem with the pace. I don't think we'd be riding with Boss-ski. He'll ride in the morning most likely. No Tantalus at this point.

Just got back from the mainland from a job interview with another, more high-speed, agency.  They offered me the job, now I just have to decide if I want to leave honolulu and my current job, that I've had for almost 13 years......
