I'm silly like that...funny, I had a group of HD riders checking out the bike trying to figure out why my bike was louder than theirs.  I told them it was the dry clutch  Grin

They must not have been running straight pipes.  laughingdp

Being faster than you thought possible…it feels good. No, screw that—it feels like shotgunning a gallon of adrenaline and chasing it with an all-night orgy aboard a burning Viking boat.

Right front element. Weird because the left rear was acting up the most.

Understandable - was there a verdict on it?  Wasted?

It could possibly be patched/plugged, but I just wouldn't be comfortable with it...if I go down, I don't want it to be because of equipment failure...

Maybe they can plug it from the inside out? It's almost right in the middle and away from stress points.

Hmmmm, what did I do today... Well, I spent the majority of it on or nearby the toilet with some HORRIBLE gastro bug - which has been wreaking havoc with me for a few days. When not on the toilet I'm mostly in the fetal position waiting for the next liquid surprise. TMI perhaps?

Sorry, the fever of 39.2 has skewed my judgment of what's DMF appropriate  Evil  Plus, I've been put in quarantine by my family so I have to complain to someone...

No riding my monster for a few days  Lips Sealed

Yeah, it's about two inches off center...maybe I'll see what Will has to say about it...

Been doing a little reading...an acceptable fix can be made using a "mushroom" plug to seal the tire's inner liner and plug the path of the object that caused the puncture...depending on the size/location of the puncture of course...

It's been a looooooong day, with a positive ending.  I was awakened early...usually a start to a moody day!  Argued over petty stuff...then we had unexpected company.  Put a few ribeye steaks on the grill, drank a few beers with good company...turned into a great evening with fireworks...and I fell in love with my wife a little more.
