It is, however....coming home yesterday, while sitting at a red light in Neutral, the bike spontaneously went into gear, mildly lurched forward and stalled.  Luckily I didn't drop it!  I'm not sure if it's just a strange coincidence or, something wasn't properly reinstalled.  I'll take it back if it happens again.

It will not go into gear by itself but it might not have been totally in neutral.

No modification goes unpunished. Memento mori.  Good people drink good beer.  Things happen pretty fast at high speeds.

It's all up to your will level, your thrill level and your skill level.  Everything else is just fluff.

I agree, just thought it was odd that I sat there in neutral for about a minute before it went into gear w/out me touching the shifter or clutch.  It's never done that before.

Watch it and see, who knows? You never can tell for sure but from what I know it still doesn't seem likely that it would select a gear all by itself.

My plan is to open the 620 case, take out the crankshaft and transmission then cut the rear cases open more to make a window. Then reassemble crank and trans to watch crank spin and transmission work.

Being faster than you thought possible…it feels good. No, screw that—it feels like shotgunning a gallon of adrenaline and chasing it with an all-night orgy aboard a burning Viking boat.

Not a Ducati sighting but still memorable.  My all time #1 squid viewing.

On my way home tonight heading up the hill towards Norfolk a guy was coming the opposite way heading to Kailua Road / Pali Hwy.

Actually heard him before I saw him come over the hill. No helmet, sunglasses, slippers, t-shirt and baggy jams. Full race tuck on some sort of Japanese superbike. I reckon going somewhere between 100 and 130 mph. No shit. He had the engine up against the rev limiter. Un f-ing real.
