Cool. Would be kind of nice to get something like that out on a future ride. Maybe have a Euro bike night or something...

Saw a red 749/999 on H1, near Kahili, while heading home from today's ride.  Fool looked like he was trying to wheelie it at freeway speeds in heavy(ish) traffic.

Saw a white 696 just in front of us today as we were turning off the H2 on the way to Tech Park.  Then saw a yellow 749/999 coming down Pali (Kailua bound) as we were waiting for the tow truck.

Definitely! 2nd time for him. Too bad. He loves the bike but it seems to be breaking too often.

I have a friend who has an old M900 that may have a similar problem. I'm willing to open the side case for him and look inside for a loose shifter pawl and/or broken spring. If it can't be fixed with that it'll be a huge bummer.
