Saw a Multistrada Dark 620 come out of Enchanted Lake shopping center last night while we were eating at the Shack. Big girl was riding it. No gear and flip flops. Somehow I can never get over wearing flops while riding a bike. I always envision little toes getting chewed off.

That jersey has been out of production for almost 2 years. Sorry. I'll see what's up with any of the new team stuff. They are Euro cut so what does that work out to? XXL?    I wear a size large and they are tight on me.

Friday evening saw a red 848/1098 on Cooke St., could have been Rich's old 848 with the white number plate scheme on the nose & tail. I think it had stock pipes because it was real quiet.

Yesterday I saw a red Hypermotard coming over the Pali into Kailua. Rider had a helmet but just t-shirt and jeans.

Today, while Chris & I were out on our pedal bikes we saw a big Hawaiian guy on Oneawa St. in Kailua riding a black Monster, late 90's early 00's. That was kinda cool. You'd figure the sterotype Harley only type dude but no .... cruising the Ducati.

I was at a fairly brisk clip (for me), until I got a funny look from an apparent resident turning into a driveway 2 turns before the cop, so I slowed down and lo and behold Polizia...

Red 1098 at SSD this morning, with fresh tire dressing on the rear tire 2 1/2 inches up from the edges of the tread...Shawn said the guy rode it in like that, and his response when Shawn told him that it was very dangerous was that he only uses the middle of the tire...
