I may be able to pop by to say hello, but the crying 4 month old is telling me we're celebrating mother's day all day long!

am i still alive?

Only you can answer that.  ;)

And you weren't that tipsy.

Are you going to make it today?  If so, I was going to suggest we go to the Hideaway afterwards.

I'm not sure where you get your facts there, mister, but I actually almost made sweet pukies at like 6 this morning.  That may not sound like much to you, but I haven't vomited since 1995.  Anyway, I'm just feeling really hung over now.  PT test in 3 days, and boy am I feeling ready!

Hey man, it's not just a job.  It's an adventure!  ;)

You birdbrains .... get it done Friday night  [beer] [drink] [beer]....... then chill out on Sat.  [roll] ... then go riding with us on Sunday  [bang] [laugh]  We could even catch some of the hair of the dog on Sunday afternoon if you like ---- Ben's good company and all but I miss you other guys  :-*
No modification goes unpunished. Memento mori.  Good people drink good beer.  Things happen pretty fast at high speeds.

It's all up to your will level, your thrill level and your skill level.  Everything else is just fluff.

YEA!!  What he said!!  ;)

But on a slightly more serious note...  Rick and I are the only people who have shown up the last two weeks and we were chatting this morning about how maybe Ward Ave. is not the best place to meet up for everyone.  Anyone care to weigh in on whether or not we should keep it there or maybe pick a new, or simply revisit an old, site?

kind of depends on which way the ride's going for the day... for the usual windward roads, it makes sense.

not so much for haleiwa coffee runs.

we could meet at la mariana  ;D but then, the ride wouldn't even start...

We could, but they seemed to be mainly best for cocktail runs.  Have to say that their selection of tasty malted beverages left lots to be desired...

'tis true, but it was what I was expecting, so...

I do likey shack for after-ride beering. or waldo's...

DRKWNG

Haven't been to Waldo's, so cannot comment on its goodliness.  The Lakehouse (sp?) was pretty nice though.  And I still say we should get decals for everyone's bikes so we can go to the Hideaway.  ;D

waldo's=good food, decent bottle selection, shit-talkin' bartender that's like everyone's mom.

it's basically become our dive/hangout... only because drinking at just tacos is a serious threat to my health and well-being  [laugh]

DRKWNG

Sounds good to me!  Everyone loves a motherly barkeep with a sharp tongue.   ;)

yeah, jean's a sweetie.

she was giving me heat for drinking light on karaoke night, and leaving early, until I told her I was riding in the morning, then she was all, "make sure you ride safe, I don't want to hear about you on the news" and such  :)
