stage one? what'd you do, slap a turbo on there?
That comes later...... first things are just some cosmetic clean ups. Stickerectomy. Redo the license plate mounting to make the tail nicer. That sort of stuff. Down the road, well, we'll see.

No modification goes unpunished. Memento mori. Good people drink good beer. Things happen pretty fast at high speeds.
It's all up to your will level, your thrill level and your skill level. Everything else is just fluff.

What did you have in mind by "earlyish" and where to meet up? Sports Park?

I had thought everyone was liking the idea of a little earlier ride from a few days ago. I can meet anywhere, but earlier is better than later, in general.
How's that for commitment?
[add] heck, if it was early enough, we might even be able to do a relatively traffic-free southern coast strafe enroute kailua brekky! [/add]

I'm for that! I love hitting the road through the rocks past Sandy beach when the tourists are still in their hotels!
So what time does everyone want to meet up? 0800? Earlier?? Still want to meet at Starbucks if we are going to try the route through the rocks?

I can be townside at 0800... I'm open to meeting anywhere that lets us blast with relative ease. [moto]

I was down there yesterday afternoon. The poor thing sat off in the corner, covered and unloved... He said that he wanted to fab up a better tail kit for it and it had only gone from the dealer to the shop... Time to break that puppy in!! I'm hoping that Jonesy will be able to bring out his 848 as well.

Townside at 0800 is fine with me if that works for you and everyone else..Blasting with relative ease automatically eliminates Koko Head-Sandy Beach even at that hour. The new bike is already rolling.

It is kind of hit and miss. If we roll out right at 0800 it probably won't be that bad, but we usually end up sitting there and chin wagging for a while and the tourists are out by the time we leave.

Well, we could try to not utilize starbucks, or meet someplace a little less tempting. Teddy? Are you officially in?

I'm going to assume that it's Starbucks Ward at 0800 unless someone posts something different. Post up by 0715 tomorrow morning cause that's when I'm out the door. Actually I'm doing laundry earlier so I'll be up and out at 0600, back and then out at 0715.
