Drink lotsa gatorade or pedialyte (I prefer gatorade - pedialyte tastes like crap) and eat the BRAT diet (Bananas, Rice, Applesauce, Toast).  If it doesn't resolve in the next couple days, call your doc up for some CIPRO.  Sometimes you get a Gut bug you can't shake on without antibiotics.  Where's my nurse smiley?

+1...Diarrhea, while uncomfortable is your body's way of ridding itself of what is bad. Be careful with the petpo and such, you dont want to keep the bad stuff in. A trip to the doctor wouldn't hurt, you may have dysentary which is causes by an amoeba, antibiotics wont kill that...till then stay close to a toilet
