It's the forums profanity filter - it replaces the word f u c k with "the beast with two backs" if it is turned on. You can turn it on and off in your profile preferences

Is that what it is, dam it was annoying me. I was on my wifes Mac when I noticed it (not logged in) and then it was gone when i logged in at work. That explains it.

Gedday guys...

Dad had surgery today and is now in the Critical Care Unit...   The Doctors are optimistic and think he will recover...

Good to hear Ita. We had damn fine food and coffee but missed your presence..but your priorities are in order.

Thanks to Wraith and Simon (Newrider) for coming along, I just hope Brendan didn't scare you too much (that's why we put him at the end).

also, well done to everyone for putting in the right cash...meant that the place got a nice tip...which to me is pretty important...

and...when I went in again to ask for a serviette to wipe the grease off my fingers (after messing with Simon's bike) the waitress wrote a number down on one and told me to give it to the cute guy on the table. I'll give her a call tomorrow night shall I?

I'm not scary, just misunderstood... yes our waitress was lovely. There's no need to call her for me Spider, I can do it myself.

Cavellero has the best porridge I've ever had, good choice  waytogo

Sorry I had to leave quickly but I was supposed to take my sister and BIL to the airport, but got a message to say they decided to take themselves. So I rumbled along to Ducati City to organise the 12,000k service and I bumped in to the Mad Alf and had a squize at poor Heathers chewed out rear wheel  Cry Anyway, as I walked outside I noticed there was a pink piece of paper attached to my bike. Apparently Ducati City were trying to sell it for $15,990, there was slight embarrassment as I walked in telling them they haven't put enough money on my bike.  laughingdp

Nice to see a few new faces as well, top morning  Grin

you reckon that's embarrassing? Poor Alf found a pink piece of paper attached to his arse with 'make us an offer' on it!

Those Ducati City boys will sell anything  Grin
