'00 750, tops about 115 with 14t front sprocket and termi slip-ons

Found that out when I was riding with SHADOWCHASER and we had to run from a storm for 2 hours at top speed (at night).  Well, at least I was at top speed.  He was on his 1098.

wouldnt it be more interesting if we discussed how fast it took to get to,.....say 99mph?
reason i ask is, that is the fun part of the ride.
after that, its fighting with the wind, hoping the cops dont show, and trying to avoid stray dogs
plus, keeping it under 3 digits will keep you from jail time / loss of license in many states

I use my GPS as my new spedometer on the 675 now.  At 100 indicated, GPS = 93.  The faster you go the worse it gets.  125 = 115 in RL ;D
