HFL reports it's from a Chanel commercial. As you can see above, the bike's on a dolly. Apparently she can't ride.  Way to burst my bubble HFL... way to go.

Nice shot of the two BSG hotties with their bikes.  There was a really nice newspaper story about them riding at the end of Battlestar Galactica's run and how they got away with riding as that activity is prohibited in a lot of actor's contracts.
