I knew a chick who tried to "cleanse"  her body by drinking only (no eating at all) water with maple syrup, lemon juice and cayanne pepper in it.  She did it for two weeks and lost 20lbs

what are you trying to say? I can loose 20lbs if i just drank water all day long for 2 weeks. Wont be pretty though.

White liquor = White lightening, moonshine, corn squeezin's etc.  NOT Everclear, that junk is nasty.

1 tablespoon of pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of fresh crushed ginger
Fill mostly rest of the way with honey
Shake very well

Take a couple shots and go to bed.

If you haven't yet, you'll learn that pretty much nobody will listen to a word you say. The more they pay you, the less they'll listen.

Don't even get me started on doctors as patients. There may be worse, but I've yet to see it.

You know who actually pay attention and follow recommendations? Lawyers. All my best patients are lawyers.
