Big I cannot comment on Vegas since I have only flown through it on the way to Hawaii so I don't think that counts, but I would submit an even more relevant statement in that, What happens in the French Quarter STAYS IN THE FRENCH QUARTER, or you could broaden it some to encompass a specific event WHAT HAPPENS AT MARDI GRAS, ok I think you get the idea.
