Thanks for all of your input guys and gals. After sampling the various sub genres I find I really like what I have seen refered to as Cow Punk, Punkabilly and Psyhcobilly.   

Hmmmm, I just got a 4G memory card for my Blackberry. I's gots me some downloadin' to do!
