Just got home from the "shakedown ride."  Interesting.  I definitely need to move the clip-ons out a bit.  Otherwise, and I know this is unlikely, but the front end is already fantastic!  It was soaking up bumps at speed that the old forks never did; bumps that still cause the rear end to go ka-thump!  Could just be that the old forks were REALLY shot.  Either way, it's already better.  And if it still gets better than this....  waytogo waytogo waytogo waytogo waytogo

Mucho thanks to Mac and Ben.  Couldn'ta done it without yous.   chug

Hey Ben, it seems we managed to leave the crap in your car after all.  When can we hook up?  I need to mail that triple out on Monday.

If you ever want to see your stuff alive again, you will have to pay.  You must place fifteen thousand pounds of bacon, each slice individually wrapped, in an unmarked box at a location that will be disclosed in the near future.

Well, I have coffee (and a puppy that needs supervision) here.  Any chance I could talk you into taking a drive to the lovely sun-drenched leeward side?

Is that just an available time situation? I bet you can feed your friends and buy them beer for less than South Seas labor charges. It's a lot more fun that way too but  if you can't find the time then you can't find the time.  Sad

Plus, it is always nice knowing that you and a few mates did the work on your own bike...
