Watching AMS Trackday
«
on:
October 13, 2008, 01:14:39 AM »
I am planning on riding down to watch the trackday on Saturday.
Is anyone else planning on riding down to watch?
I'm in Addison and would love to met up and ride down there with some of you. [moto]

I plan to ride down and do some corner work.
I'm in north Fort Worth and can meet you somewhere along your route down. What time are you planning on going through Fort Worth? I'll probably try to get there before 8.

Thanks for the offer but 8 is a little early for me.
I was thinking of arriving around noon.

Andy,
I sent you a PM. Basically it said I still would love to go... that is if I can pawn Colin off on some other Scout troop leaders that live nearby. Of course I will look like a complete looser and derelict of a step parent by not taking him to the Scout event but hey, it's an AMS track day and there will be lots of Desmosedicis to drool over!!
Anyway, if hell actually does freeze over and I somehow can go I bet it would be no earlier than lunchtime. That may not work for you even if I can go. I would want to leave mid morning myself if it wasn't for Jen being in the Komen walk and Colin's scout stuff.
Hope you get some takers. Weather looks awesome!!! I'll be there in spirit.

Drop Colin off at T & Bs... Don't they have a sitter? Isn't he right around Oceane's age??

Hey, Colin's a good shot already! I don't think B&T have enough insurance to cover the carnage that is possible.
It's the same reason I only take him to the Suzook/Kawi shop and not AMS. They have those "you break it, you buy it" signs all over AMS and they scare me.
