The guy I work for is slowly killing his "empire"

I run a small part of it. We are the only profitable part.

The parent company was once doing 7-9 million in sales a year. I did 2 mil a year at my best, we now average 70 grand a month with only 2.5 employees, they have 7.

The parent company now has one saleman and 6 support people, and he only does 20 grand a month.

That one salesman... is the company. He's the only source of income.

The  owner got himself deeeeeeep into debt, by buy'n into a crazy housing market.

And now...... he's moving his shit, and his shitty way of running things, into my shop.

I have been left pretty much alone over the years, able to run the store as I saw fit. That's all about to change. The owner has no game plan, and is making things up as he goes along, and I'm left to pick up his pieces. The asshole actually god upset with me for have an electrician come out to give me a quote on beefing up the juice that comes into the building. I currently blow breakers running the power that me and my 1.5 employees use. (I have a part timer )

And then he's pissed off at me because I have not moved a shitload of stuff, I just got through moving, just so he can park all the trucks and trailers he now has to sell.

He'll spend 100 bucks just to make 10.

I made the business profitable, I got rid of the thieves, and when the economy turned, I kept us profitable, I treated it like it was mine..... I'm not sure I can stick around for a paycheck, just to watch him kill this part of the company too.
