Thanks for the link.  Larry "Landshark" has a Cane Corso.  I also saw one at the mall pet store last night.  I hear they can be quite aggressive?

I'll have to check out the link.

We're looking at another English Mastiff.  Looking through the rescues..possibly..after Christmas.

Actually I believe the Corso's lack inherent strong aggression characteristics and that is a problem for many of the "types" of people who go for them...

what "they" want/expect is a Presa Canario temperment ....and that is a whole different Molosser although they look quite similar

and when they don't get it from the Corso's they try to provoke it by the usual brutalization methods used on Pit Bulls...it doesn't work well with the Corso Mastiffs

I am sure that what was done to the Pit Bull breed stock will eventually be done to the Cane Corso line here in the US by backyard breeders

Darmah's first snow today.

It still cracks me up every single time, the joy and wonder that washes over a native Hawaiian the first time they see snow!  [laugh]

She's a native Hawai'ian, not me.  ;)

That's zackly what I meant -- after all, the pix were of her in the snow, not you.  ;D

Our ancient Shar-Pei had the opposite reaction after spending a snow-less lifetime down in the valley near Phoenix; he's deeply offended that he has go out and pee in that cold, wet stuff.

Here's my German Shepherd Pup, Sancho, at ten weeks:

And Christmas Morning, not quite seven months yet.  And yet to grow into those ears!

There he goes. One of God's own prototypes. A high-powered mutant of some kind never even considered for mass production.

Here's a pic of my boy at 8 weeks (2008) gnawing on something I won out of a grabby claw machine (I have a problem)

He would actually do this to my Springfield if I'd let him.  He loves guns, hates the sound they make :)

Helping build my bike stand

Going to work

Work again.  I drive a lot so he'll pass out for a couple hours at a time.

Hanging with Cat (yes, that's her name.  I hate my house mate :)).  Sorry about the crotch shot.

Does anyone else's pooch burrow?  He sleeps with an entire twin blanket to himself.  Spoiled little 13 pound rat.

Looks like he has an old man beard.  [laugh]

Beautiful dog btw.  [thumbsup]
I like a drink. You know when people say 'I like a drink as much as the next man'? Not if I'm the next man, you don't.

Thanks!  Just imagine how beautiful he'll be the day he learns to retrieve a beer from the fridge...

They're pretty well brown, actually.  Unfortunately my phone doesn't do well with red eye so within all his pics the eye color ranges from blue to white to red to pitch black.

I gotta say, that pic of Sancho at 10 weeks is painfully cute.  Good lookin pooch.
