Brought her home last month, all she does is grow, play, and shit. Incredibly sweet dog and very fast learner.

The reason he likes your guns is becuase lead is extremely sweet tasting to a dog - pretty bad for them too... A friend of mine used to reload shotshells and spilled just a few lead bb's on the ground which the dog ate and died from.

Really nice pup Art.  Any idea how big she's going to get?  What did her folks look like?

This is Darmah when I first got her, back in August of '08.

And this is her sappy self over the last summer.

Judging from the current paw:pup ratio, she's going to be 400 lbs and 6 feet tall...  [laugh]

Her mother is roughly 85lbs or so, block headed and wide. Her father was a little leggier and leaner and probably 95-100lbs. She gets wider and taller everyday, so I don't think we'll know for sure until she's fully grown.

Good looking pup you've got there as well.

Awesome.  For Christmas I received a dog book titled, "Gold Rush Dogs" by Claire R Murphy.  There is a photo of a Mastiff on the cover and a great story about a huge Mastiff named Julian.  Check it out if you have the chance.  Julian was a gentle giant and a hero of the north.

Thanks AK.  I'll do that!   [thumbsup]

We checked out the Mastiff.  She was apricot colored and a sweetheart!!  We're taking the night to think it over though.  We want to let the idea sink in before we make a rush decision.
