has anyone added supports to their windscreen to reduce the amount of wiggle and vibration?
i can't remember where i saw this mod, so any input would be appreciated.
i did a search and came up with nothing,
so if this has been discussed,
please point me in the right direction... thanks!

I picked up the Poorducrider fairing stays from Monsterparts.com and they made a world of difference.

 +1 the poorducrider stabilizers are great. Choice of colors, if bling is desired.

When I have my windscreen on, I have them and they make a HUGE difference. Not only is the windscreen more stable, it makes it more functional as well...

They're actually on my list, but I can say that an unsupported stock windscreen on a monster is good for whatever top speed I got out of an RS on the straight at VIR with nothing vibrating off and my EZ-Pass staying stuck (I forgot to remove it and the tech guys missed it or said nothing). So we can safely say 140 plus. Stock 620s should almost be safe. |
