Travman, that's a thing of beauty
How do you like it with black rims?  You mentioned the cost of the V7 classic being prohibitive, but I think it costs less than the Triumph Bonneville T100 which a lot of the magazines compare it too.  It is more expensive than the basic Bonneville though.

i think the guzzi engine is a thing of beauty, not to mention a workhorse.

the small block older models (v50) had some issues, but for the most part they are quite indestructible.

BMW vs Guzzi

"Yelling out of cars, turning your speakers out the window to blast your music onto the street, setting off M-80 firecrackers, firing automatic weapons into the airâ€"these are all well and good. But none of them create a merry atmosphere of insouciance and bonhomie quite like a revving motorcycle.

These are my favorites, I really like the new 848 and the streetfighter, but these two realllllly do it for me.

there was going to be something humorous here, but, unfortunately, i was in charge of the typing, and this is all i could come up with.

Don't care.

I'd rock it with the drag bars that are on it.

Besides, spokes just weigh more and are harder to clean.  :P

I can't wait until Marquez gets on his level and makes Jorge trip on his tampon string.

If you look up "beautiful motorcycle" in the dictionary, you should find pictures of that bike.

What I can't afford? Egli-Vincent, hands down. With electric start, please. Or a Desmo Silver Shotgun. Even a 250 Desmo in classic Ducati yellow is a sweet little bike (disk brake, bumstop seat, clip ons, electronic ignition, it's almost a cafe racer right out the box).

What I can afford? CB400 four stripped bare with a solo seat, clip ons, and some upgraded brakes and suspension. If I was feeling a little crazy, a CBX with the same sort of mods, but you can't beat the feel of a rev-happy little 400 four - and it's nice and tiny too.

^^^^^^^^^^  That's a lot of motor sticking out of the frame in the CBX. The CB400 sounds like a blast!

i have had guys reach back and grab my crotch in an attempt to get around me. i'll either blow in their ear or ask them politely to let go of my wang.
