Leftover homemade chili for lunch.

Leftover chili is always awesome a day or two later - better than when it's fresh - because the flavor just sets in that much more!

We went and saw him last year for my birthday at the MGM Grand in Vegas. It was awesome - I'm a big fan! Given the conclusion of the election, his act should be full of political hilarity.

It was made with stew meat... All it was missing was some cheese.  I was too lazy/forgetful to grate some before leaving for work.

That I'm about to leave my office and ride my scoot over to the world famous ESSO CLUB  and visit with my good bunch of mostly retired PhD type academician friends to talk over politics and generally solve the worlds problems and unravel the mysteries of the Universe - and get loaded with the nicest bunch of people I ever met and certainly the smartest.

But "missing out" on a 4-hour lecture because I had to go to training for an hour or so definitely made the day.
