just a little question back to the headlight frame. Did you have to strip the paint before powder coating it?

paint? looks like the casting polished to me. i didnt do anything other than paint it. that being said, i wish i would have had it powdercoated and i probably will be finding a local shop this winter for that.

Normally I don't but the black and white do fit the color scheme of the bike. I think the blue sticker just stuck out too much.

no, all they did was powder coat it as it was.

just powder coated the exhaust hangars flat black. big difference!

i will get out and take some better pics of the whole bike later. i am waiting on some more little accessories to get here and i'll take pics when i get them all installed!

I just got a call from my Powder coater today saying that he can get my stuff done next week, so this is perfect timing.  Were the brackets on the pipes themselves simple to unbolt.  Is there anything that i should know?
