Can you share with us how you managed all of this??

I can think of a coupla things.

They're all gross.
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

North Dakota...

55mph zone:  1-10mph over = $10, $1 each additional mph over up to 20 over.

1-15 over = 1 point ticket.

To go on one's driving record the ticked must be minimum 2 points.

I get about 1 speeding ticket a year.

Usually between 10 and 15 over... gotta keep it cheap.  ;D

At those prices I'd be getting one every week.

Don't ever move to New York.
Yeah really, I have to go to court in April over a ticket for speeding that was for a speed that wasn't possible where I was.

Do they keep a record of all traffic tickets going back to the 3rd generation before you were born? I see this alot on Law & Order....

In Nor Cal they forget about that stuff after 3 years, except for DUIs. Don't know about So Cal. Different state I think...

I got a nice ticket on my bike back in June coming back from Indianapolis (to Columbus, OH) from Motogpfan's wedding.

I got clocked doing 98 in a 65 on I-70 in Madison County (one county west of Franklin County, where Columbus is).

20mph + is mandatory court appearance.

I got an attorney as the Judge in that County is not favorable to speeders and the penalty associated with 33 over is not good.

I ended up getting 4 points (lose license 12pts, I had zero prior) on my license and a 186$ fine.

Having a connection, I paid 350$ for my attorney.

In '07 I received a notice for a 10 yr old speeding ticket from Ticonderoga. New York never forgets. Luckily the original officer and judge were no longer in Ti and it was settled over the phone for $75. I could not believe I got away so cheap!
