I set aside some time every week to completely forget about work and do something unrelated. I still get stressed out and feel a lot of pressure while I'm working, but it's nice having some time to look forward to doing something else.

never really had an issue with the guns themselves just certain people that take it to another level... but lets keep politics outta this one that will only bring more stress lol

sigh....nostalgia....

as to the thread....I am least stressed when I stay busy after work with fun things. It's when I'm sitting sround thinking about it that I go nuts. Movies...drinks or dinners with friends (can be done cheaply at home)...etc.etc.
