If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

You know that liam is a  [leo], right?

Why would that preclude me from rocking back and forth and mumbling to myself?

I firmly support the call to the Cops. The punk did this 4 times and needs to learn that there are repercussions to actions. Obviously he was not getting the concept that you don't "destroy your neighbors property" at home. Being scared by the cops my have been a good thing in the long run. If he did not learn his lesson, then he will have more involvement with the cops in the future. Might as well start now before it's serious so Mom may have a better chance of turning him around.

Have we established that there was any type of action taken the first three times? The way I understand it, the first time the kid or his mother were alerted to the fact that Nakid knew what was going on was by the police.

Nakid:

Some would choose to talk to the parents, some would choose to call the Police.

You did the right thing IMO
Why do roaches always die on their back?

That because the survivors flip them over to steal their sneakers and wallets.

The action taken the first three times was to blow it off and rebuild it. Did you miss that part? What several people have established is that he obviously didn't care that what we was doing was wrong...

Would you say the same thing if that kid had pushed his kid down?  Face it, he bullied Nakid's 3 year old, not Nakid himself.

In my day, my ass would have been dragged to my parents, and then I would receive a spanking in front of that person.

Biggest problem with our country today is the lack of personal responsibility and accountability. This is a prime example.

You should have asked the cop to Tase him.  ;)

Wow.....

7 pages about a snowman being toppled.  Someone needs a hug.

I agree...except you don't know that about this kid. He was just being a dumb ass kid...like we all have. I'm sure you've never done anything stupid?  [roll]

If he would have talked with the parent...then it kept happening, or the mom told him to shove it...then I would agree with you. But all we know now is the kid thought knocking off the snowman's head was funny, and the 1st he heard that it pissed someone off was when the cops showed up at his door.

I'm not trying to bash NAKID...that's just my perspective. Personally I would have talked to the parent...or ambushed him with water balloons.  [evil] ...but that's me.

Do you guys get all bent out of shape when kids bash pumpkins at Halloween too? I don't...I think it's funny...and that's been happening forever.
