Damn birds got me again

I must give off some kind of weird electromagnetic radiation that attracts birds be cause I feel like I am in an Alfred Hitchcock movie sometimes. 

I have sucked sparrows into my intakes, been hit in the head by countless pigeons, almost got killed by a wild turkey, get attacked when I walk into the bird cage at the zoo, and today I had a football sized bird crash right through the windshield of my 1098.

Strange stuff.

In 25 years of riding, the worst I've done is take out a crow.

Bugs on the other hand... I swear the larger flying beetle type things wait until I flip up my visor before they decide to dive straight at me. A few dozen times I've been nailed hard enough to leave a big welt. Not to mention the inside of my helmet looks like the aftermath of a lobster suicide bomber.

Huh... I've seen a truck rear end a bird that was flying too low on the freeway but never seen someone get hit by a bird head-on or otherwise. Odd... That'd scare the shit outa me.
