I can see the image, and I like it - I think the design looks really nice!  You might want to experiment with adding a little more "gold" to the yellow color -- got any Legos to compare it to?   ;D

A agree here, a bit more gold might be a better color ~

Some questions:

1) Would everyone rather a precut shaped? Or would people be okay with a square shape so you can trim to fit your faceshield?
2) I have a local member wanting to do this for us, and I would love to keep it inside the DMF...and he has suggested using highly reflective vinyl to increase our visability! Brilliant! Objections?

Actually i used Photoshop and took an image of a lego mans head, then used the dropper to collect the color...ill try to add more gold and post up.
for everyone else, try right clinking the direct link and save to desktop then open it. should work that way!

I think you could widen the smile a bit. He doesn't seem very happy.  ;D

I think the square cut would be best. That way everyone can tailor it to their own face shield.

And no objection on the reflective vinyl.

I can't wait until Marquez gets on his level and makes Jorge trip on his tampon string.

I'm in for 1 maybe 2 depending on the cost.

Square is probably best.

Yes, too yellow, needs to be a little more gold.

More this color...

like dislike? centered? eyes too big? mouth to small? yellow not yellow enough? (thats max yellow unless it should be more gold) now is a good time to comment. Still waiting for the reply email about final pricing. once i get that ill post up, and start a tally list and get final numbers! Check this thread for updates!

The size of these sitckers is ~14 inches long and a bit over 5 inches tall. So check your visor!

I think the Hue value is too high, and the Red Value is too low for the yellow as is.

(Yours on right, more yellow one on left)

+1.  Square, with yellow bled fully to the edge, so that we can cut our own, for best visor fit.

Are we talking 3M retroreflective vinyl or similar?  That'll look freaky at night, especially assuming that the eyes and mouth are not reflective!  +1 for that, too.

On the reflective vinyl type stuff, is it still the same sort of vinyl originally suggested, the stuff you can see through? The one with the perforations?

i dont know what the hell ended up with my post..but here it goes again...

It is not the vinyl that you see through, its the "preforation" though really, its just thousands of dots that make up a composite image.

wait, is this for the helmet face shield or the fairing wind screen?

He Man

face shield.

not sure what the brand the reflective vinyl is, but yes it should be similar to the 3m reflective vinyl.

This place feels nice. Black S4RS, CRG Barend mirrors, vented clutch cover, gold clutch plate, gold pazzo racing levers, full 50m termi system, little carbon extras....oh yeah ...almost forgot....ban corporate coffee!

Yep, you can put me down for 1. I think square would be best, to many visor options to ensure perfect fit for all.
