We all know the holy grail of rare is the Indiana.

I want one.  :)

That was not intentional rarity - more like infanticide  ;D

"Yelling out of cars, turning your speakers out the window to blast your music onto the street, setting off M-80 firecrackers, firing automatic weapons into the airâ€"these are all well and good. But none of them create a merry atmosphere of insouciance and bonhomie quite like a revving motorcycle.

I'll park it between my unwashed monster and a paso.

Then post something about classic ducs. I suspect I'll be stoned to death.
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

My Indiana was personally responsible for making quite a few Ducatista at Indianapolis ill.  It gets some fun reactions - people love it and want to talk about it, or they hate it.  It handles surprisingly well.

I walked up to find a guy asking his friend, "How do you figure they got that Ducati motor in that Yamaha frame?"
Another guy, "oh GAAawwwd!  I'm gonna be sick!  WHY?!  WHY??!!! "   [laugh]

You know...that's the one thing everyone assumes is that it was a very cool sterilization machine.  Not so much.  Most days, and most stop-lights there was no problem.  Heck, you'd even forget how close the engine was to your...um...junk.  But, there were a few days in the summer of '07 where the mercury was over 100'F, no wind, and some LOOOOOOOONG stop lights where I set the bike on it's side-stand and just stood by it awaiting the infernal traffic signal to change.  That was bad...  Honestly.....98% of the time there was no issue with it.  [moto]

MDave -- there are a pair of Gran Canyons just up the road from you at Alan & Felicia Sean's (along with their Monsters) here in Prescott, and at least one Elefant that was for sale for the better part of a year (might still be) down in your area around Phoenix.
By hammer and hand all arts do stand.

There's also an Elefant/Gran Canyon listed on CL in the bay area.
