so looks like my genie wish was answered tonight... the offer i put on the house was accepted :) :) :) if all goes well, in about 30 days i will be living here



& the best part for me is this



but i really like this too..



& the fact that it's double the size of the house im currently living in & only about $200 more per month than the rent i currently pay is a plus too :)

thanks! yeah with my dogs i HAVE to have a fenced yard.. & it's in citrus heights, which is it's own city, but it's basically a suburb of sacramento
