2 owners are suing my condo.  We have a rental cap and they are illegally renting and now questioning the validity of the cap.

The fun never ends.  

Face palm "uh".  

My mid/late 20 somethings (it's all a blur), I rented a condo from a missionary who had inherited the place (I lived in the bible belt).

A few of the board members and neighbors showed up shortly after I moved in.

"This condo should never have been rented....we don't want transients...."

I stayed for several years out of spite (and there was nothing in the bylaws about renting).  
Hypocritical bastages they were.
